WDW with Walt Framed Pin Series Walt w/ Pins Pinocchio #12 Limited Edition Pin

Up for auction, I have a Walt Disney World Walt Disney and Pinocchio Limited Edition Pin from the With Walt Pin Series. This pin (#12) was the last in the series. It features Walt Disney sitting at a table with figurines of the characters from the movie "Walt Disney's Pinocchio." The figurines are: Pinocchio, Geppetto, Figaro, Gideon, J. Worthington Foulfellow and Stromboli.
Pinocchio is pin-on-pin on the top left corner of the pin. The pin has a bronze like metal frame around in in an art deco style.
Limited Edition of 5,000. It was released on December 7th, 2002. The Disney pin is in good pre-owned condition.
