Vintage Sterling Silver Tie Clip Clasp Slide Vintage Terrier Dog Wheaton ?

An vintage/antique wonderful Sterling Silver Tie Clip. It is marked Sterling on the back and very tiny below seems to be a crown and a B?  It is a beautiful picture of a Terrier.  The terrier has like a dome shape over the picture, raised on flat over the terrier's pic. Not sure if this is a Wheaton Terrier? Size is approx. 2.5" long.
