    You are purchasing ONE MONTH of service, which can be renewed monthly at the same price for which you purchase it.
    We will provision a voicemail box for you on our switch, and a toll-free number to go with it.
    Voicemails will be sent to you via email.
    You may optionally have calls to your toll-free number forwarded to your cellphone first.
    Call Forwarding Features:
    * Calls to your toll free number will first ring to your cell. You will be presented with a call announcement, and an option to press 1 to accept the call.
    * Calls you don't answer on your cell, or answer but don't accept, will be routed to your voicemail box.
    Voicemail Features:
    * Voicemails will be emailed to you.
    * Voicemails will NOT be stored on our servers, after the email is sent.
    * Your voicemail storage is therefore limited only by the storage in your email inbox!

    Q:  What if I want to forward to more than one cellphone?
    A:  No problem! You can forward to up to 10 different phones.
    Q:  If down the road, I decide to get service from someone else instead, can I keep my toll-free number?
    A:  Absolutely!  Let us know before you submit the RespOrg change to your new provider, so we'll know to approve it.
    Q:  What is your cancellation procedure?
    A:  Simply do not renew your service, and it will automatically be cancelled. We do NOT autorenew.
    Q:  Can I request a specific number from you? Or a specific toll-free area code?
    A:  No, unfortunately we do not have such capability at this time.
    Q:  What happens after I place my order? How will service be set up?
    A:  We will contact you by phone within one (1) business day to verify your order details, including any forwarding requirements. We will then send you the paperwork and activation instructions via US Mail.
    Q:  If I already have a toll-free number, can I keep it, and just "port" it over?
    A:  Absolutely! Just let us know when we call to verify your order, and we will send you the necessary docs.
    Q:  Can I forward to a SIP PBX (such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, PBX-in-a-flash, etc) instead of my cellphone?
    A:  As long as the SIP PBX has a static public IP address, sure. We do NOT support sip-registration.
    Q:  Can I forward to a SIP URI?
    A:  Absolutely. And we fully support DNS SRV!
    Q:  Can I forward to another toll-free number?
    A:  Heck yeah!
    Q:  If I forward to SIP, will I get Caller-ID-Name (CNAM) with the incoming calls?
    A:  Absolutely! - and we won't charge you anything extra for it.
    Q:  If a caller uses *67 to mask his or her number, what will happen?
    A:  Toll-Free numbers receive ANI instead of Caller-ID. While *67 blocks Caller-ID, it does NOT block ANI.  The caller's ANI will be translated into caller-id when we forward the call to you.  In otherwords, you will still see the caller's phone number when the call comes in!
    Q:  Does this include any type of outbound calling?
    A:  NO!
    Q:  Can I forward to any phone other than a cellphone, tollfree number, PBX or SIP URI? (I.E. can I forward to a landline etc)
    A:  Unfortunately not at this time.
    Q:  If I would rather have a local (ie, non-toll-free) number instead, is that an option?
    A:  Sometimes. Let us know what area code you want, and if we have numbers available, we will oblige.
    Q:  Are there any limits on usage?
    A:  Yes. We are not charging you per minute, so to keep it fair and affordable for everyone, the following limits apply:
    * The service is intended for small business or personal use. Call-center usage is not permitted.  If your monthly usage consistently exceeds normal small business usage, we may ask you to find another provider.
    * Max 10 concurrent calls at any given time.
    * Calls from Payphones will be rejected.
    * Calls from outside the continental US will be rejected.
    * Calls from known telemarketers will be rejected to the best of our ability.
    Q:  If the price changes, will my renewal price change or stay the same as my original purchase price?
    A:  In most cases your renewal price will not change. In the unlikely event that we must change the renewal price, we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days notice via email - so that you will have ample time to decide if you are okay with the change, and if not, to find and port your number to, a new provider.
    Q:  What if you decide to stop offering the service?
    A:  In the unlikely event that we decide to stop offering this service altogether, we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days notice, so you can find and port your number to, a new provider.
