This is the WD Gallery Disneyana 2000 commemorating Pinocchio's 60th Anniversary. It Shows Pinocchio with strings on a blue background, with Pinocchio in a yellow band at the top, and Sixtieth Anniversary in a yellow band on the bottom. It came on a black Disney Gallery stand up card.
