This is part of the Jiminy Cricket Wooden Box Set (#24075). The set shows various scenes from Pinocchio involving Pinocchio's Official Conscience. Jiminy, facing right, stands on a black and white pool ball, the 8-ball. It is from a scene at Pleasure Island. He holds his closed umbrella in his right hand behind him. His head is turned to the left, his mouth is open. This is a very small pin, measuring approximately 3/4" (2 cm) wide by 1 3/8" (3.5 cm) tall. On that back of that small space, they were able to not only put a double post, but they put the 2003 Official Pin Trading Logo and wrote, "LIMITED EDITION OF 2500, 4 OF 6, © Disney, MADE IN CHINA."
