We'reconfident of the products we offer, but if for some reason you are dissatisfiedwith your purchase, we accept returns on new, unused product within 30 days fora refund.  You do not need to get an RMA number. Just send the item backwith the original packing slip and a note stating why you are returning theitem, and that you request a refund or want another product.
