The Hou-Tibet Panchen Lama copper coin refers to the seventh Panchen Lama-Danbai Nima. The 7th Panchen Lama Danbai Nima, which means "Buddha Day", was born in Hou Tibet in 1782. After the death of the 6th Panchen Lama, Danbai Nima was confirmed as the reincarnated soul boy. In the same year, Emperor Gaozong (Qianlong) of the Qing Dynasty approved the request. The 7th Panchen Lama completed the certification procedures and held a ceremony in 1784. Since the 7th Panchen Lama was sitting on the bed, the Qing dynasty's central government's rule in Tibet reached its heyday. Many major political, economic and religious systems in Tibet were formulated during this period.
The front side of the Hou Tibetan Panchen Lama copper coin is a half-bust of Dan Bai Nima, with the four characters "Hou Zang Panchen" engraved on the front; the middle of the back is a crown design, the lower script is Sanskrit, and the word "Qianlong" is engraved on the upper side, which is full of cultural colors of Hou Tibet. Although the Hou-Tibet Panchen Copper Coin is a copper coin minted by the Tibetan local officials, because of the limited circulation area and short casting time, the place was later invaded by foreign forces, so there are not many remaining intact and well-preserved. It is a Tibetan coin. It is a very rare species.
