Burma Pyu Period Sri Kestra (Pyay) Silver ¼ Unit Conch 500 AD VERY RARE. 5 Lamp variety on the Symbol of Harmony, ribboned damaru. Size: 21 mm or 13/16-inch in diameter. Weight: 3.71 gm. On one side of the coin is Curved conch within srivatsa. On the other side of the coin is the Symbol of Harmony. The symbol is 2 stylized triangles touching at their corner, one on top of the other. The joining of two triangles on their points is the direct representation of the “unity of the opposites” theory. The place where these triangles meet is called “Bindu”, or a tiniest spot, which is the most basic or simplest form of existence. No force can ever break, split or separate it. It has no beginning or end. Two forces resting on such a tiny Bindu looks so fragile but it is the most exalted and permanent.
