The preferred carrier of Top Dog Tool is UPS. All ship times are counted in business days only.
Top Dog Tool will ship to any physical address in the US. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time. Each package requires signature confirmation, therefore, this requires that the customer make themselves available for delivery.
Every item shipped from Top Dog Tool is insured up to the full purchase price. It is the responsibility of Top Dog Tool to pursue any claim with the carrier.
