Xihe hemp Paper is a small-scale indigenous specialty paper produced in Xihe County, the northern end of Weinan City in southeastern Gansu Province. Xihe County is also known for its traditional craftsmanship. Xihe hemp paper is simple in paper color, paper is flexible (tear-resistant), wear-resistant, smooth in hand, extremely elastic, and not wrinkled. The production of Xihe hemp Paper is mainly based on the production of family workshops, and the output is not high.
